The Whānau o Papa Ola Lokahi has produced this image as their logo for the 2010 Gathering. This will sit alongside the HOSW logo reinforcing the HOSW whakapapa.
Kia ora, Aloha & Welcome! The Healing Our Spirit Worldwide movement is a cultural celebration inviting the world to collaborate with Indigenous Peoples on the issues of Health, Healing and Self-Determination. The Healing Our Spirit Worldwide (HOSW) movement began as one woman’s vision to create an international forum and movement focused on the alcohol and drug abuse issues and programs in Indigenous communities throughout the global community
Today, HOSW has grown considerably since its inception in 1992 and embraces an inclusive holistic indigenous approach towards sustaining our uniqueness as a contributing global indigenous community.This 'Blog' has been set up for whānau from Aotearoa to receive updates and have the ability to comment on the planning progress for the next HOSW Gathering.

- is a member of the International Indigenous Council for Healing our Spirit Worldwide (IIC for HOSW) movement. This council acts as Kaitiaki for the HOSW movement and will work along side the 2010 host for Healing Our Spirit Worldwide - The Sixth Gathering, Native Hawaiian Health providers Papa Ola Lokahi.

I like the concept and colour of the logo, however can you straighten the poutama at back or is it suppose to be trees. It looks blurrie.
